I am so excited to share with you some amazing insight to Auburn Oaks Farm, from Ali Rabren, who is the information coordinator at the venue. I sent over 15 questions for her to answer regarding Auburn Oaks Farm in hopes that it would be beneficial to brides who are considering this stunning venue for their own wedding. Let’s get to it!
The best part about hosting weddings at Auburn Oaks Farm is to see how all the different brides take the space and turn it into exactly what they envision. We have seen brides create a boho feel one weekend and then the next weekend have the bride turn the clubhouse into an elegant backdrop.
We are one big family out at the farm and when you guys are out here you are a part of our family too! Your wedding matters to us and we want you to feel like you are surrounded by people who care on your big day!
Auburn Oaks allows brides to pick any vendors they want to be able to come in and transform the space into exactly what they envision!
While we know some brides know exactly what they want and who they would like to use as vendors on their wedding day, some brides need recommendations! We have a long list of vendors that we recommend and have worked with in the past that have done an amazing job and can execute exactly what each bride wants but we allow brides to venture off our recommended vendor list to bring in someone we may have not had the opportunity to work with yet!
Auburn Oaks does not have a day-of coordinator on staff, but we do require brides to hire one to help ensure their day runs as smoothly as possible. The freedom to choose a planner allows brides to find the person that will work perfectly with their personality as well as one who can execute their vision exactly.
We know how stressful a wedding day can be and having a wedding planner eliminates all the stress of vendor coordination, time management, and questions that may come your way day-of!
Auburn Oaks Farm is unique because we have so many options that allow a bride & groom to spend their entire weekend out here. We offer lodging, rehearsal dinner, ceremony, and reception spaces that make for an easy weekend where you don’t have to factor in multiple locations!
Every season at Auburn Oaks Farm is a beautiful backdrop for a wedding. In Spring everything is beginning to bloom; in Summer the entire Farm is green for as far as you can see; once Fall hits and the oak trees begin to change colors the farm is full of reds, oranges, and yellows; in the winter the white backdrop of the Clubhouse and Main House are beautiful additions to a winter wedding!
Auburn Oaks is lucky to have a beautiful indoor venue on property so any bride who has to make the decision to go forward with a rain plan does not have to worry about the added stress and expense of tent rental. The Clubhouse offers many beautiful backdrops with enough space to accommodate any guest count and our amazing staff that is able to flip the space for reception in under 10 minutes!
In 2021, Auburn Oaks had the opportunity to host twenty-two beautiful weddings and already on the calendar for 2022 we are working with 24 amazing brides to help realize their vision! Since opening in 2018 we have continued to grow yearly and we are hopeful that growth will continue over the next few years.
We love to have weddings of all sizes at Auburn Oaks Farm, for smaller guests counts we find that the space can sometimes appear large but we have seen bride’s bring the cozy atmosphere to the building through décor and different table arrangements.
Auburn Oaks can accommodate up to 300 guests inside The Clubhouse and we provide tables and seating for that amount but we have had up to 600 guests at the farm at once!
At Auburn Oaks we love to see all different types of weddings, but the most beautiful part of every wedding is having the opportunity to see families come together and all the love they share with one another. Weddings are one of the most joyful moments in a couple’s life and we are so grateful to play a small part in that.
We love when brides want to spend their entire wedding weekend with us at the farm! We host rehearsal dinners for many of our couples for an additional fee.
Something to consider when coming to tour Auburn Oaks Farm for your wedding it that we offer sporting clays and wing-shooting when we don’t have weddings out here and there may be people on the course while you are touring!
The best way for brides to contact us about their wedding day is to email Ali at info@auburnoaksfarm.com with the answers to these questions: the number of guests you’re expecting; a rough venue budget you have in mind; specific dates you’re considering; your wedding weekend vision; if the bridal party will be getting ready at Auburn Oaks Farm; what other venues you’re considering; and how you heard about Auburn Oaks Farm. Once you send us an email we will get back to you as soon as possible with our availability and hopefully get an appointment on the calendar for you and your finance to see the farm in person.
